Exclamation HELP NEEDED: Re-loaded language file, now my site is down..no language labels showing

I reloaded my language file today (English), now my site is completely non-functional, no labels from the language file showing at all, even when I load a backup of my language file...and click the button on the left there (which currently has no label), it does nothing...doesn't say it's loaded, nothing.

I went into the DB in the language table, only 47 records, but not sure what it normally looks like. Tried deleting from admin area and reloading, nothing changes. I have a DB backup, but not sure what direction I should go with this...(or how to load just that table and not the rest, as I've made other changes, and ideally wouldn't want to reload the entire DB from a backup).

Any help much appreciated!

Thanks,

Frank

Problem resolved (not figured out as to why it happened, but resolved). I had to completely remove and reload the language table to fix it--doing anything from the admin area, even without text labels (as if I was a blind person...but I fumbled my way through it), didn't help one bit.
