Slow down ticker

How do I slow down the ticker to a speed less than the current settings? As is on ticker 3 I want it to go slower than the lowest setting but there are only 1, 2, & 3 for settings.

Thanks for the suggestion. This feature will be added to the XML configuration file in the next update.
