there are a couple threads in the forum relating to integrating userplane into osdate. however, i found the results to be less than desireable. as the members will be logged in, with (guest) after their name. ( provided you have guest login enabled in your userplane settings)
a better way to add userplane (using the "chat" button) is to ...
first backup your chat folder. then open /chat/flashchat_osdate.php
delete the contents.
paste your userplane login script in there.
save and upload. thats all.
when you click the chat button, you will have a blank white page with the login box.
i then added a background, banners , google ads ect.
the result is a matching page with a chat login box. the main down fall is, members will have to goto userplane .com to create a chat profile. (signup link is included on the login box) my members don't seem to mind this at all. in fact it gives them more options of what screen name they want to use, what pic they want to show in chat. and keeps their osdate profle seperate from their chat info.

Hello there thanks for this info. i'll try it in the next week to impliment this into my site. All i've done is put a userplane box on my index.tpl and it shows up on all the pages.
