How to switch UTF-8 polish?

Ok...
I convert my databases to utf-8, modify hearder of php documents to utf-8...

and I don`t see properly polish characters.

Ofcourse without flahbb everythink works proprerly...

What I can modify to set this to polish utf-8 standard?!

I'm not your expert on lanaguage issues but if you created your language file and then saved it in utf-8 would be the first thing. The next thing is in the config.php file in other phpbb or vbulletin which ever your using on line 33 for phpbb and line 140 in vbulletin you can add your language file name there. The last thing is on line 74 of phpbb and 180 in vbulletin you should add your language file in this code. Hopefully this is all you need to get this up and running.

I have the same problem but in spanich, with accent characters and ÃÃâ€*’Ãâ€Â*â€℠¢ÃƒÆ’ƒâ€ÂÂ*â€Ã ¢â€žÂ¢ÃƒÆ’Ãâ€*’Âƚ¢Ãƒ¢â€Æ¦Ã‚¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚¬Ãƒâ€¹à ƒÆ’…“.
I used the original language's files in all products.
I posted a topic with this issue in "FlashBB and Greek iso" with more details.
PHPBB works fine, FlashBB too with the new documents, but I can't create categories and forums within it.
