How to .... PHP?

Just wondering, are there anyone who can tell me what I shall do to implement this script on an PHP page?
Have struggled around trying to find it, but haven't got any luck :)... anyone ?

Take the files out of it's folder and place it in the same place you have this file you want the applet to show up on. Then I would copy and paste the object code from the html file that has the swf code in it into your html area of your php file and it should be working then.
