Basically what i am looking for is this.
I have recently seen on another site something i can only describe as a newsticker/Guestbook. (www.clubland.FM) At the top of that page they have named it a Shoutout. Is this possible to achieve with any of the scripts that are available to purchase from here?

If so could someone kindly point me in the right direction :)

Well not really. This is a shoutbox in flash and usually for this to work it's other writing to a file or to a database. You would have to really modify some one of the tickers here to do that sence they read from an xml file but this is only info that you place in it and it's not done auto. I've seen quite a few in php that have this markee type style but nothing really other then one dating site have I seen a flash markee and now this one hehe. But again these are database driven so what you might do is get a good php markee shout and if your good with flash then you can create the frontend for it and load this info into flash. I'd look for one with an admin area that has some good controls on it as far as deleting messages from the database and one with a swear filter on it if that is of any interest to you.
