Hi Guys,

I was wondering if anybody could tell me where I might find documentation regarding the use of FlashTicker applets and also how to customize them for integration with the website. I was under the impression that this was a fairly simple task using the config.xml however my applet does not seem to be working and there seems to be no direct way to contact support.

The website Im doing is for my band and the page that I wish to use FlashTicker can be viewed here:

Any help with this would be really appreciated.

Ok what I do is use the code that is in the html file that comes with the ticker. Then what works the best for me is to extract these files from the folder that it comes from and put them in the root of the folder you want them to show up in. As example yours is going to your home site. If this is in a folder then extract the files from the ticker and just put them in the root of this folder and then it should work fine. See if that helps.
